For those who are in doubts regarding this picture (as I was myself - lack of comments from author doesn't help), I can say that when transforming source photo to the same aspect and color count only things that are similar to this pic are palette and whole composition. Shape of lake, coasts, wood, dithering patterns (with vayde's pic dithering is controlled and actually patterned - with Floyd-Stern dithering it's a mess), position of horison and lighting of the sky are very different. It's obvious that photo was source for redrawing, but it is not color reduction or trace or at least too advanced to be one - it would be easier to make a whole new one instead of editing in such strange way.

Very nice, The color scheme is lovely, how ever theres a bit of pillowing on the upper left hand side of the aurora borealis.
Love the AA on the pines.
I think it's great, but you should make the lights less firm :P
