I realy love this! something that would make it even better, IMO, would be, that the guns nozle had a slight up upward tilt after a a shot.I realy like the characterdesign as well!

Great animation !I think the character should wear a robotic armor instead of trousers.
And why don't the shot project blue light on the guy ? Please do that and it will be an epic piece guy.

Oh man, this is great. The movement is so crisp. The use of the cyan on the grayscale is excellent too.

No, it's fine for the preview. It's just that if you submit a piece, and it gets accepted into the queue, then the preview is shown on the front page. That, or if your piece is rated highly enough for the week, your piece is placed in the weekly showcase. I was just letting you know that the piece would get more recognition originally, if the preview's file size was smaller, so the website would show it on the front page. However, it's past the point of being in the front page, so it may not get all the recognition is should, as it's a wonderfully animated piece! Also add the fact that our userbase is too lazy to click through the gallery's many pieces, heh. Nothing bad, just a little fyi. : P

This is great. Reminds me to get back to my cover of that wonderful piece as well. The only thing I'm not feeling is the dithering on the shins, and perhaps a small subtle breathing animation to separate the the blasts would add some character. Looks great. Gun shot and animation quality are very reminiscient of Pawige's "Bullets, anyone?" piece.Also Victor, there's a web site restriction, where if your preview pic is too large, it won't show on the front page...
