I love the detail on the flowers, especially at the bottom of her skirt.

A first place well deserved. It's weird, but my eye isn't drawn in any particular direction with this, though somehow I think it should be towards the frog.

Also for me... everything has a good texture, even the clouds and her hair... but her skin seems to be a little flat, i dunno that might just be me...

Fool out of all of your scenes, this one just gives me the coolest "magical" sensation. You've done better pixel-wise, but this has a great composition and is just lovely.

its her skirt
you have the habbit to make flying things come from the bottom back, you play with the perspective too much i think...like her skirt has some sort of tail and is still in a curve being a bit far back, her feet, in comparison, are straight and somehow destroy that feeling a bit
if you would just invert the effect of the skirt so she comes from left-ish it would look cooler i think :O
on the other hand, as i said, you have the habbit to do things like that, and if you editted it it wouldn't have the same style as your other pixelpieces anymore ^^

Badassbill, Shrumpfkopf, as i said, i 'm not young and restless, not much social events going on , drawing is what i do most of the time when not at work.=)

Elk, what is it you think is weird? I can see how to make it more interesting by changing perspective (which i ain't gonna do, but will consider when plan something like that), but can't really see anything wrong with that one.
Not sure if you mean dynamic (i think aerodynamic not for that occasion ), but as i kept in mind while draw it- yeah, she's is floating - just the moment she'll let a froggy go. Probably it is not readable /=)
