Yer this has ok colouring but the anatomy needs a lot of work.  Do some anatomy studies because this isn't an easy thing to get good at without lots of work.  I think some of the picel techniques need to be explored more such as AA so you can up your rendering abilities.

Proportions are wrong. For example, arms are too long, by about 1.5 hands.

Abbastanza simpatico :) però la testa è troppo "staccata" dal corpo, forse per via dei colori. E' anche vero che in una doll non sono tanto importanti i colori del corpo, che verranno copriti dall'abbigliamento. Very nice :) but the head is too much "detached" from the body, maybe it is colors fault. It is also true that the colors of the body is not very important in a doll, because they will be covered from the clothes.

Edit: Maybe its the combination of high crotch, small waist and the plastic look.
