The pasted-on effect is completely intentional. It's supposed to be that sort of mustache and goatee on the mona lisa effect. :)

The Wario elements sort of look pasted on, though black tends to do that. Lousy hard-to-employ colour...

Thanks. :3 I think his colors are a bit less than epic though- yes, the nose and facial hair are meant to be the most vivid, but he has no texture. I should work on this a bit more, I think.
