Someone tell me if the shading is wrong, the light source is pointing towards the lightest patch on him from a bit above him, if that makes sense, I'm not very good with real faces unless I'm sketching them...

You're off to a good start! The patches of lighting/shading are all in the right places for the basic overall head shape, and the chin is really good too. But the nose could use a larger/stronger shadow on his right (our left) side. Also, think about how our eyes sit in our eye sockets; our eye sockets are sort of like two big dents in the basic head shape, and they get a lot of shadows in them. Do a Google image search for "3d head" and you'll see some great examples you can follow.
1. It seems to be a part of sphere =)
2. Keep 1/3 proportions top-nose, nose, nose-bottom
3. It is watching me =/
*lol* Seriously - shading is too flat. And face geometry is too flat.

Might try some dithering for smoothness, even though it probably wasn't your priority here :)
