Just wanted to get a basic design for a soldier down in MS Paint while my Photoshop is currently unavailable in my time of Pixel inspiration...
When I get PS again, I'll be making a tiny little war scene w/ tanks, snipers, etc. yayayaya.
This is my first ever pixel art besides drawing an iso building frame and crapping out because of lack of inspiration Plz help with any errors I might have drawn because I'm not really sure if I did something wrong lol...?

Not bad, not much to say at this point. I'd love to see the whole scene when you finish it. One thing I noticed is that you used a lot of colors for such a tiny dude. You could use half as many grays, for example, and it wouldn't look much different.
