As for shading - use darker colors for shadows. The face and really the hair look alright (though I don't know how much is the base, since you don't provide a link). The orange shirt especially lacks any darker colors. But really, what bothers me is the end of the sleeve. it just goes straight diagonal, but the shirt looks tight, so it should be a curve, following the curve of the arm. Just think " ( " :)
