Why does that work that way? I did try it out btw, and I found it look horrible, and I really wonder how that comes, because it still is the same image!

Personally I think you should try the opposite of that edit. Keep the man facing right and the trails facing left. Having the man face towards the right gives him more of a sense of moving forward.

The whole thing kinda looks like a bullet, which is kinda cool because he's supposed to be fast.  But it would be much more appropriate if they were headed in the same direction.  I'd be curious to see what this looked like if you flipped the dude horizontally.  Might make more sense.

I don't get it Mr Lollige? If he's fast then why is it fading like that in front of him?
