If this is TRUE anatomy practice, it needs a LOT of work. It seems like you took most cues from that of Male anime-type characters. For stylistic purposes, I guess it's fine, but in the long run, it can form some bad habits, and blind your perception of true human proportions, and shapes. also, the light source of the character isn't very well defined, as the current shading gives off a slight pillow shaded look. Also(and I've been guilty of this in the past as well), you lose some dynamic nature of the pose when you make the decision to place your character's feet on a flat plane, when the foot faces us. Good start, but could use a bit of changing if you're willing...
Always remember, Anime artists first looked at REAL human anatomy, and then stretched proportions and features afterward. Not the other way around, which some people try to force themselves to believe.
