I LOVE the palette for this piece, and I really like the style of the linework too; nice and exaggerrated. The ground looks a little blurry and I think you might have too many in-between shades in there; I think it would look better with the same kind of contrast you have in the sky. The composition of this piece is really great, too, with that staircase in the middle and the layering of the buildings in the foreground and background.
I really like the mood and the composition of the piece, but the jagged lines make it look unfinished. Also, there seem to be some banding-like effects on the ground.
