I had to look up different pieces of official art to figure out the right size for the sprite. Although sprites from previous games may suggest otherwise, Dr. Light is notably taller than Mega Man. But then again, Mega Man is pretty much a midget (just 1.32m tall, according to Japanese sourcebooks).

Artwork from Mega Man 8 shows Dr. Light with his labcoat opened, so I followed suit with the sprite. And it's kind of hard to tell, but he has a smoking pipe on his right hand.
