Everyone's favourite Doctor! (Ok, maybe not... I'm undecided on who is my favourite )
Just mucking around with a skinny cartoon/anime style. So please don't tell me he's too chibi/bighead/skinny... It's cartoon!
I know most people don't put signatures on their pixel art (mainly due to it being too small) so if anyone thinks the URL too bad I'll make it less noticeable or do something else. Suggestions?

is the inside of his coat the same colour as the outside? perhaps some darker shading would make his suit stand out more?
