Tony Tony Chopper portrait I sprited for an hour and a half intending to submit to the weekly challenge, but realized it had to be an original character after. This "Chopper" is actually the cuter version of chopper you see in toys, which is known as Chopperman. Hope you all like it.
I also used this to practice dithering, although, as you can see, I'm not good it at all.
