Another sprite, for the Weekly Challenge, the one I did yesterday, I realised, didn't fit the requirements, was actually a sprite of Tony Tony Chopper, from One Piece. So this one, is actually original, I was just thinking of what a Mad Scientist should look like, and started sketching him out in paint. Hope this one fits the requirements.
