Made this for fun, in about an hour and a half, to add on to my Tony Tony Chopper Portrait. Used plain black outlines this time, and didn't dither.

The char is ok but same as Nami, I feel something diferent in their faces.

Mmmm, Luffy's hut is diferent too.

I like the style you colored him. It works with animecharacters. The hat is bit too small in my opinion. That wip animation looks cool, dunno why :D
