So. I drew this one over the last hour(s).
It has nothing to do with this that I only need one pixel art and a few points to reach rank 3. It has nothing to do with this that my last oldie got kicked a few hours ago because of a few hundred colors too much. It has nothing to do with Skamocore, I think.
I created it out of boredom. I began with the piano. I did it in black'n'white, because I canceled the drawing I did before (a Koopa-like turtle with bath cap and towel) because of a ugly collection of colo(u)rs (making palettes is an art on it's own, I'm not willing to conquer it today). Furthermore, I could train dithering, and that is always good, aye?
All these things were ideas that came up in my head, but also fit accidently to the three albums I bought the last weeks: The piano fits to "Strange Place for Snow" by the Esbjörn Svensson Trio (in memoriam E. S.), the picture in the right upper part of the file can be understood as a illustration of the lyrics of Genesis' "Dreaming While You Sleep" (album: Genesis' "We Can't Dance", obviously), the lower two can be seen as illustrations of the great, love-focused pop lyrics of Laith Al-Deens "Die Liebe zum Detail". Whatever.
The thing in the left lower corner should be three hands fold in eachother. But I'm not talented enough to do it properly, especially on two colors (on the other hand: I would have had a big struggle with the palette if I had used more colo(u)rs, see above). I did not want to delete it either, so I keeped it and let it destroy the pseudo-charme of the other ones. Though they are stoopid, too.
I didn't dither much / anything on the piano, for example.
Well, whatever.
I thought of: If I ever win a weekly challenge (haha) I should ask for a "reinterpretation" of the thing on the left lower corner.
It's always better to shift things on other ones than to apply oneself.
The reason I did this "picture", or rather "collection of pictures" (or: "coulage of sketches"), was...
to kill time until I can go to bed.
What I will do soon. Oh, it is already 9:23 pm.
