There is a game for DS and Wii called "Drawn to Life" where you draw your hero and many things within the environment, using the stylus/wiimote or pixel-by-pixel. This is my first and current hero, Vectorman, drawn from the Genesis classic. Note that in Drawn to Life, you are limited to 25 colors on the preset palette you choose, this one had 3 shades of greenish.

even after being resubmitted, our user base still have made enough votes to send the piece back, due to quality standards...sorry

Unfortunately, this piece has garnished enough points from the general user base to be sent back, due to it not meeting general standards of the web site's gallery. Don't let this deter you from submitting more art, however. If anything, we're here to help you become a better artist! Keep trying, if need be, ask for help, and submit wips in the Pixel Joint forums for assistance in making your pieces better.
Sending back for revision..

@pixelblink: Drawn to Life has a few pre-set characters to use if one can't draw, but as far as I recall, Vectorman isn't one of them. So the *art* is original, but the character isn't (fanart?)

only submit art that you have created yourself (and is strictly pixel art)
I suggest you post the NPA as a external link instead of posting together with your pixel artwork. Remove the black and white background to transparency too :)
