You just reminded me that great soviet arcade game Snow Queen/Snezhnaya Koroleva was recently emulated.
As for the piece - I like rendering of face and outside ice patterns. I think that standing out red looks cool, maybe with some AA at borders or using a couple of other shades it may turn out to look even better. Also ice crown would be better if it had more patterns and decorative elements, give it more chic.
Magnifyed pixels sometimes look very good but in this case it's not working as preview - hard to tell what it is.
The red stands out a little too much for me, though.
