I may redo the arms, I see a little bit of a "chugga chugga choo choo" motion in there.

Does she have a flash light in her vagina?
Just cause the animation flashes white pixels under her legs in her idle. :P

Anyways, great animation arms are a little lacking but I like it.

Hey guys thanks for the comments. You are all right about the head movement, it's something I need to start doing. On this one, I tried to add some slight rotation, and I think it helps the animation a lot.

You can give more movement to her head. And next time better use a transparent BG. Nice animation.

Salty, I think what Gumol said about the head is right. And it also seems that this none movement of the head is becoming quite apparent in your work. The animation from the head down is good. So well done for that,

I think head needs some more movement, cause it's almost impossible to run like that (moving arms & torso) and not to move the head sideways, at all. Except from that, i very much like it. :] hmm, and think about increasing the length of arms (the animated sprite) for about 1-2 pixels, but I dunno if that would look better or worse :P overal, nice sprite :]
