Pretty good but something seems dodgy about the anim. Is it a 3 blade fan? Blades motion doesnt seem consistent, need to make sure always equally spaced blades. Then again, maybe the curveyness of blades throws me off. You could always make a 3d model of a fan and then base your animation off renders of the 3d model's anim. I did that once for a game ...
