Agree with the rest it's a good improvement.  I agree with Jal about the colors.  I'm the LAST person to talk about too many colors but even I can see that [quite] a few less wouldn't hurt the image!

There is a lot of improvement since your first attempt, you've definitely come a long way since you joined here.  But I think you could still kick it up a notch. I'm definitely not an anatomy expert =( but I made an edit anyway. I managed to cut it down to 7 colours including background colour.

Unlike me, I think you should try looking at some anatomical references. I look forward to seeing the next installment :D
