I had uploaded this a while ago, but have since made extensive edits on the piece (with help from those at Pixelation). Reference: http://blogs.kalipedia.com/blogfiles/el-arte-esta-todos/SharbatGula.bmp Update 01/07/09: Added dithering, intensified the eyes, and reduced colors.

Doesn't look polished enough to me, there's some good critique on pixelation still to be revised I recon.

i think, it miss dither on cheeks :P but it is your choice, your style etc. :) Overall good work ;) But for me it looks little unfinished. 5/6 ;)
