Though I wasn't the one who sent it back, I can still understand maybe why it was. I think it garnished enough negative points in the public queue by other users who didn't see this piece was up to general standards, on the pixel art level that is accepted on the site. Also, Balls01 has a point in that the piece is over dithered in places that serve no purpose on the pixel level, and make it harder for the general user to understand it's direct purpose...I'm sure the Pixeljoint forum's users would be glad to assist you in making it much better, however...
