Odd C64 hackmode called Ass-Lace, I wont discribe in detail. The colours are faded because it flickers between 2 images and has a dither overlay so that kinda blends to an inbetween colour.

I'm a little disturbed by the penis growing out of his chin, but the piece works despite being so ugly (not the drawing, the guy). Makes me think of Mr. Potato-Head.
I love your characters, they always have a fun design. That dither-aa combo you do is really interesting, I don't see it often. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.
