Yeah, that looks like the base she used.  But I completely redrew the same pose much smaller.

I don't quite get what makes good contrast yet, especially for skin.  Some pointers on that would be nice.

you can put these and create a gif image, then upload it in imageshack or any image hosting site, then post the url of the image in the description. that should do the work.

i noticed also that you used way too many colors on each sprite(22 vincent 18doll) for their size. i recomend you to be aware of the colors you use and rather than using multiple gradients for a single shading/tone, try to find a single color with a good contrast. it may sound a bit confusing, but you are free to ask about it as usual.

Thanks for the compliment and the welcome.  I can assure you they are not ripped.  I saved 14 steps of Vincent and 8 of the girl and if I need to I guess I could post those somewhere.  I will take the looking ripped as a compliment as well though.
