Yeah, more frames as asukicco already said. The design itself is not bad at all. Using this simple animation it looks like something taken out from some high-class NES rpg.

Well, two frames are too few. And the movement of the cloak is too evident, I think you can improve this by adding more frames and middle-poses :)
