oh yeah one more thing: the preview is an integral part of your submission: think of it as the 1st impresion everyone has about your piece. if you make it boring, extremely simple and lacking any kind of eforth it will not only draw people away from your piece, but also will set them to expect a horribly detail piece too. something you should be aware in this and in all your future works.
and yes, i noticed the bubble guy is basically an edit of your current avatar wich ends killing anything good on your piece.
Pros: The idea is nice. The concept is also interesting. The color combination on the bubble man is also interesting.
Cons: The guy on the profile view is really bad and lacks a lot, i even think why this was accepted. The anatomy is way off and the colours are also sick. The guy doesn't seem blowing anything but laughing at the bubble man.
Hey Platnium, I like the bubble person, but I agree with Metaru that the guy in profile could use some work. You have most of the facial features positioned correctly, but you are making a straight line from the forehead to the chin. Peoples faces are much more interesting then that!
Look at the cover of Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain (a book I highly reccommend): http://www.blendernation.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/10/drawingontherightsideofthebrain.jpg
See how the nose is not just a bump on a straight line, but it effects the facial anatomy. Also note how the eye and mouth are positioned and drawn. You're improving quite a bit, just keep it up.
