Pros: I really like the idea.
           The colour combination is also sweet.
          the background really fits in.
          The eyes looks pretty perfect.
Cons:  he anatomy is a bit off.
            The hair lacks physics.
           The colouring of the hair is a bit odd.
           The head floating in water with out a body is also weird . You could maybe add some shadows or not so detailed body at the back.

thats pretty cool, it sort of reminds me of those old maps that had pictures of faces blowing the wind on them.
