Sviborg is a Russian internet-mem. It was started in this thread: http://www.gamedev.ru/flame/forum/?id=66447 The whole thread is unfortunately in Russian, but the point is following: one man posted the picture of his new game character called 'Sphere of Sviborg', about which author wrote 'I see that he looks at me as if I am shit". That caused many lols and funny remakes of the initial picture, so Sviborg is famous enough in Russian part of the internet.
Oh, lol. I actually tried to do so, but it looked out of place. I may have a go at this again, but the ideal colors for eyes (red or yellow) would blend with the rest. Thanks for the suggestion though!
