Oh baby, this scene is interesting! I'd love to walk through it in a platformer. It's darkness creates automatic intrigue.
Two things: The windows are green, either because they're tinted glass or the environment outside is very green and casting green light into them, in which case the light seeping into the scene should at least have some green I'd think (add in some green and I bet you'll be able to enhance that mood you've already set)
-AND-
the dither shading on the windows is nice and you've used a technique I like, but I'm not sure it works here. It gives the glass a texture it shouldn't have. You might make it work better if you made the windows worn and grungy, then the incidental texture may work better. Distress and grunge across the board would probably enhance everything in this scene.
This inspires me to attempt some platform tiles myself.
