In this case i'll say: «There are too many dead pixels!» ©
There are not enough details to approve huge amount of pixels =/
But PA ISO tech is clean. You may use more shades and details. And AA.

Nice building but I agree with A.B. Lazer - the building could use some shading. Also the dithered spots/dirt ont the big door look somewhat unnatural.

it's a pretty building. There is a thing that you use shading only on borders and not on the rest. Why so?
