I like the shading but the outline and AA needs more work.

The dithering's cool, but the shading itself seems kind of weak and pillowy...might be nice to see some more focused lighting, and more shape to the creature.

I think it would look better transparent instead of the green. that is a cool shading style.

It's a method of taking a color to another so I'd call it dithering...

...and I think it's fantastic dithering
