this looks incredible, a very smooth animation. I think that increasing even more her breast aint a very good idea... they're already really big xD

Amazing work!

Only thing I'd say might need improvement is the arms, they're very straight / stiff-looking on the idle stance, especially the upper arms. The colouring, creases and ripples in the clothing etc. all looks great. The attack animations look perfect to me.

The breasts are just keeping with the old KOF/SNK style of character design right? She's nowhere near as daft to look at as Mai Shinryu. Would look crass if every female character in a game was built like that but as it is, looks fine to me.

Nope, no 3D reference. I begin by drawing the complete animation as a stickman and then I put "flesh" on it. That way I can easily make sure that the shape is consistant throughout the animation. How do you mean stiff and mechanical?

Did you use some kind of a 3D reference for the actual move? While the animation is stiff and mechanical, she retains her shape remarkably well throughout.

I like the animation but the standing pose seems very straight and stiff. as dynamic as the animation is it really makes the straight-on body shot with side head shot look dull.

The line between the breasts is the full-length opening of the shirt

Maybe I should put some buttons there to make it more clear.
