I agree, top is washed out, little more gradation to smooth out that chunk of highlightyness, like you did on the rest.

The trunk matches perfectly. Reminds me a bit of a less cartoonish version of "ZELDA: A Link to the Past" trees.

I get the feeling you need another highlight colour for the leaves, as the top looks very flat to me. Also maybe a larger area of light on the top to give it more overall depth. Other than that it's very nice.

This is top notch work but the balance of the leaves bothers me. It seems too random and sloppy rather than clean and neat, like the palette would suggest.
