LeChuck's right-hand man. Also redone to fit with the sprites of a project that I'm currently working on. I made a few stylistic changes (including getting rid of his jaw, though I may or may not put it back at some point).

As always, the best way to improve on a piece of art is to get some good constructive criticism. I fiddled around with the sprite a bit, following some of the ideas that Progz had below, and I think that Good ol' Bob here definitely did benefit from it.
I feel sort of the same way about this as I do with your LeChuck sprite. On one hand the ribcage is nicely detailed, but that detail doesn't carry over to the rest of the piece and makes the result look rather incomplete. His stance is a bit wooden here (forgive the leg pun) and could benefit from a more interesting pose, like arching his back so his pelvis thrusts out a bit and his arms hang back, making him look less like he's at attention and more like a lazy pirate scalawag! Also, I don't mind the lack of a jaw at all, and other alterations that would make him more visually interesting would be good.
