This is my first entry into a challenge and I'm pretty happy with it.

It's some sort of Apartment complex with a comunal garden on the roof. It's gone into a bit of disrepair with weeds climbing all over it. For some reason everything is powered by orange goo and they need a tank of it stored on the roof

The image uses a total of 16 colours inc the transparency.

One of my 3 votes went for this. Creative and well planned. Not perfect, especially color choices and some lighting issues, still...good job :)

Yeah I think so, if subconsciously. It was originally just the eggshaped building but it seemed a bit isolated from the ground so i pulled up the darker earth and really just continued the colour from there.

Thanks for the comments guys. Animation would definately not be amiss here but I was quite happy with it as a still image so decided to see how it would compete as just that.
