i want to have a go at this one time. it might one of those things you can't animate properly bcause its physically impossible.

I really like the idle ninja, but I feel this run could be improved a lot. The legs are not readable at all, and the arms are way too static.

if i am honest, this feels more like a parody of a ninja runnng than a real ninja...

It makes no sense for him to hold his arms like that, even if he is a ninja, ninjas don't run like that :P Also it seems like the pace of the steps is uneven, like he's skipping.
