A long time ago I resized the base, and also resized the mouth and ear.(the other facial features were made after the base had been resized)
I guess I did not fix the colors after it was resized, but I have now. Thank you for pointing that out..
I agree with Metaru on the facial features having too much AA - I mean, they don't look that spectacular for the amount of colors you put in them.
Souly, these are for a site similar to Gaia or Subeta - they're not too big. (besides, if you're talking about bases for pixel dolling, this is only a slightly above average size)
strange. the base at the left is 28 colors. the rest are exactly 12. you might want to check it.
e:the face features ALONE in the left doll are up to 12 colors. and that includes the ear. way too over antialiased, actually. you should recycle one of the many skin colors you already have there instead of adding a new color for every single face feature. and that includes the eyes.
e2: although, considering is a base, these are not suposed to have face features. but still makes no sense that you had to use 12 colors for such small details.
great palettes- everything looks great to me, actually:P The left breast looks a bit flat though.
edit:
Souly- Its not too big at all- for dolling, as someone said, its about average
Metaru- 99% of doll bases have premade faces, actually:P
I didnt mention the face because I dont use faces myself, and most of the good dollers change the face to fit their style anyways, but if you want C&C on them, I think the black looks a bit too harsh for the base, especially in comparison to the mouth and nose-i think it would look much better if you changed it to a dark brown color and aa-ed it, while also darkening the nose and mouth
I can't AA the eyes since these are for a "dollmaker" which uses .GIF files. Later on in the future I may convert everything over to .PNG to allow for alpha transparency but for now they will remain without AA.
