Great colours and even greater charm.
If it were up to me I'd slow the blinking some and add a pause before turning the head back.

Instant favorite, great style, excellent use of a simple animation.

very nice work. if you follow the color pattern of the helmet's reflection over his face, it might feel more like his head is inside of it, as if his there is a reflection in front. just a suggestion... not sure if it will work. something about this is pretty damn cool tho.
