I think there must be an antenna in front of radar (if I understand correctly that it is SU-27K).

It needs some working .... some lines are jagged, the shade is a litle-bit weird and also try to avoid black line art

This seems unfinished. This is due to some jagged lines, missed pixels, fire from jet and missile, and the missile itself.
