Only crit is his waist stretching and compressing as he bobs up and down, seems his left leg should compensate for it; left heel should rise and fall a little. I mimicked your animation and it was extremely unnatural to keep my left leg completely still while doing it. Hopefully nobody saw we doing it, either!

i was originally a 8 frame animation, but i just felt like it needed way more than 8 frames to be perfect.

ah wonderful! you've broken the ice with rules regarding " Exactly 8 frames"...now it seems any animation with 8 drawings, like this one, timed however you like is acceptable...

because this animation is not "Exactly 8 frames" in duration - it's 24.

I love Billy Idol (his poster is hanging over my pillow) and this catches (catch my faaall...) his mood perfectly.
