I ADORE this. I don't like the dark outlines around the hair though. His hand looks a bit big for his face too.
I like it but some of the shapes are very odd. And you need to work on your dithering.

Everything good, except ear look a bit funny. I like the bright blue eyes and the pattern on the collar especially.

The inside of his ears bugs me for some reason. It's swirly, but it doesn't seem to convey and particular shape.
But this is still awesome; I especially like the patterning on his collar.

It has been a long time since great drawings like this were actual pixel art. This is, and deserves a wonderful place in the gallery!
