Yes, I didn't notice that issue with movement direction but now that you mention it, yes ... would be better let the pac-man move in the opposite direction.
I think this kinda suffers from choosing the movement direction opposite to the reading direction. Other than that the mixed resolution is a bit weird, the rest is good though ;)
