It looks great! The only issue I have with it is that most of the dress looks like it was tacked on just to keep her from being naked. It looks pretty damn good though!

It may just be me but there's seems something strange about the dress around her breasts as it doesn't seem to follow the curve of a breast.
Very nice though, (although I do prefer the more voluptious women that you do, as they feel more real).

The dress, the shoes and the hair are really good. I loved the way you shaded it.
I can feel the volume.
The body seems a bit too flat compered to the dress... it could have more highlighted areas and shadows.

I think you made her look even better than she does in real life, not that she looks bad.
I love the way you did the dress, although you did use a lot of colors for it, but I can really feel the silk with my eyes..
Crit - I don't think the AA on certain places, eg. the outside of the dress and shoes, for example.
