A very good movement cycle there :) Though there's still something about your color palette that's bothering me :o (I'll try to think of something more specific to say)
Decent animation, but I'm not a fan of the pixels really TBH.
Some spots are a little jumpy but the joint movement is done pretty well.
Also you don't need a preview at all for this.
OR your other animation you submitted, they're both under 100x100 pixels.
Thats good animation! Keep at it, you will improve quicker than you believe.
its a matter of personal preference, but i HATE the black outline. If you used darker tones of the colors contained within the lineart, it would look way better to my eyes.
