I was trying to make a shady sky but I accidentaly ended up with this so I just drew a cloud and a refection and then the windoe cleaners.

no I like the emptyness, it emphasizes to height of the skyscraper.

Looks quite nice, but it's empty in lower half - you can add hills, sea, shoreline and birds in the sky and you'll get very interesting picture.
