Her face is a tad square, but otherwise, very nice job.
Fixed the arms, @BaB: I shrunk the brows a bit, it's ok for her to have thick brows like that.
She should also look less masculine, thanks to Fool and others for the advice.
I know what you mean about the tough poses. Good work on it though; it came out lovely.
i agree, really good colors. She reminds me of yue from negima :P Good work on this, its never easy to try new styles!
Colors are awesome. Arms a bit short and looks thick. Elbow, if arm is risen should reach top of the head . Other then that looks great=)

Aside from what Bab said, the hands seem too big for a woman. Great sprite though.
The thick eye brows and bicep are making it look manish imo. Nothing wrong with the pixeling though.
