If this is going to be a sprite for a game, I would advise to remove the Anti-Aliasing around the edges of these works, otherwise they may not look as good as they potentially can against certain coloured backgrounds.

Whoa, interesting story so far.

It is going to be the base of a game about a Agent with a machine inside the clock, if he is going to investigate a hospital he can transform into a doctor and os on ^^
