Nice! The only thing that bothers me is that the character and his weapon stand out too much from the night scenery and somehow the shading on the character is so bright that he'd fit more into a daylight scenery. Nice shading on his jacket though.

You could use some colors from the weapon in the background for aliasing cause it look so simple.
